Can Pontotel be integrated with payroll and HR systems?
Yes. Pontotel connects with payroll systems, ERPs and HR platforms. Workday and time data is synchronized, with records and schedules integrated via API and time records exported in E02 format, ready for import.
How does Pontotel's API integration work?
We offer a complete set of documented APIs for registering, updating and querying data, as well as importing schedules and time records. The integration is secure, with token authentication, and requires the target system to also have APIs available.
What security and encryption levels does the API use?
Our API uses OAuth authentication, ensuring secure and authorized communication between systems.
Is Pontotel compatible with other brands' time clocks?
Yes. The system accepts AFD files from REP-C clocks compatible with Portaria 671. We also offer a recurring integration service for AFD files from an FTP folder.
How do I import records from electronic time clocks?
AFD (Time Audit File) files from REP-C clocks, once made available by the client in an FTP folder, are imported recurrently into the Pontotel system. The platform uses artificial intelligence to classify records across different workday periods.
What are the minimum requirements to use the system?
Since it's a cloud platform, all you need is an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Minimum OS version, memory and processing requirements may vary — check the latest specs directly on the Play Store or App Store.
