What types of schedules and working hours does the system support?

We support full schedules such as 12x36, 5x2, 6x1, on-call, mixed schedules, and union-specific rules. Note that by default, schedules exceeding 24 consecutive hours cannot be configured. For these scenarios, we recommend evaluating alternatives with our support team.

How are offline time records stored?

Records are stored on the device and automatically synced when the connection is restored, compliant with Portaria 671 regulations and legally valid.

How does geolocation work for time tracking?

Geolocation identifies where the clock-in occurred. Via browser, location is estimated via IP; in the app, it is more precise and allows setting a radius (geofencing) to limit registrations to a specific area. We also detect fraud attempts such as fake GPS or VPN use.

Can employees justify late arrivals and absences through the app?

Yes. Justifications can be entered directly in the app and go through an approval workflow defined by the company.

Can I restrict time tracking by location or device?

Yes. You can activate restrictions by geolocation, Wi-Fi, IP, or even restrict registration to authorized devices only.

Can I track time across different branches or company units?

Yes. Our system allows registration and control across multiple branches, with separate rules, schedules, permissions, and reports per unit. This way, you centralize time management even with geographically distributed teams.

How does remote time tracking with geolocation work?

The system enables remote time tracking with geolocation, ensuring legal validity under Portaria 671. Employees working remotely or from home can clock in via app or browser, with security rules like geofencing, authorized IP, and registered devices.
